INTRODUCING: DIVINE INSTALLATIONS

In a meditation hall, a rounded wall decorated with mountains, zen clouds and rising sun fabricated with hand-cut, selected wallpapers sets the stage for yoga class and moments of contemplative solitude.

In addition to my two-dimensional collage works, I also design immersive interior installations using custom wallpapers. These environments allow viewers to literally step inside the artwork—surrounded by texture, pattern, and narrative.

Whether used in hospitality, retail, or personal spaces, my installations turn rooms into living collages.

Cozy neutrals adorn the curved banquette nooks. Floral, Moroccan and marbled wallpapers inspired by the cozy vibe of this spicy restaurant serves an individual dining experience for their guests.

In a ground-level showroom, a feature staircase becomes a modern bohemian design statement with Rustic English romanticism inspired wallpapers, seamlessly blending pastoral and luxe.

In this spring-themed window installation, a Fleur De Villes mannequin is framed by a stylized seaside gardenscape. Layered botanical patterns, custom-cut foliage elements, and a soft coastal palette create depth and movement, while strategic lighting enhances the dimensional interplay between textile and environment. The display exemplifies seasonal storytelling through material composition and spatial narrative.

 

HOW WE WORK

  • I meet with you (or your designer) to discuss your vision and review the space—whether it’s a wall, ceiling, or a design that flows around corners. – Together, we develop a creative brief that captures the mood, style, and impact you want to achieve.

  • I sketch out the idea and present it along with curated samples of fine decorative wallpapers. – This phase takes about two weeks, allowing time for refinement.

  • Once the concept is finalized, we sign a contract. – A 50% deposit is required to begin production.

  • I arrive with a small team to bring the vision to life. Some elements may be pre-assembled in my studio. – Installations typically take 1-2 weeks, depending on size. – I can work evenings or weekends to avoid disrupting your business.

  • Final payment is due on the last day of installation (payment plans available). – I request permission to document the process and final piece for promotional use.

  • If desired, we can plan a special event to reveal your custom mural.

Can we incorporate branding elements and PMS colors into the design?

Yes. Rick’s 30 year career as a multi award winning creative director for top ad agencies and fortune 500 companies ensures his passion for collaboration, story-telling and branding. He has worked with national brands including FedEx, HBO, Gillette, Pepsi, Pizza Hut, Snickers, Skittles, the US Armed Forces, the National Audubon Society - as well as regional and local clients. Logos, graphics and typography can be a part of your space’s aesthetic.

Will the layers peel or fade over time? How strong is the adhesive bond?

No. Our wallpaper murals are designed to last. We use high-quality, commercial-grade materials that are fade-resistant and durable, ensuring your mural maintains its vibrancy for years to come. To prevent peeling or lifting, we apply a professional-grade adhesive specifically suited to the wall surface and mural material. We also use UV-resistant inks and sealants to help protect your mural from sun exposure and environmental wear.

Will the overlapped edges attract and trap dust?

Not at all. The overlapped seams are professionally sealed with matte, satin or gloss varnish to match the architecture and interior design. The low-maintenance surface will be easy to clean and care for.
